    • The P4 was my first drone!
I bought the P4 as my first drone. I spent days and weeks doing research trying to figure out if it was worth it as my first one with all of negative reviews. But I can say that I definitely made the right choice! As far as reviewing the P4, so much good to say! I have it now for a month or so and have flown it probably 12-15 times. This thing practically flies itself, which is one reason I'm glad I got it. It's so easy to take off, and once you do it will hover almost perfectly still anywhere. The styrofoam case is comes with it actually pretty nice as just a start out case, its a hard kind of styrofoam. It can carry everything you need to fly plus even the extra battery. All the modes are nice, I've tried the active track and tap to fly some and they both work somewhat well. The sensors to avoid things really do work too, it will come to a stop if anything is in front of it. It's almost annoying sometimes, because it will stop even if its some small close to it at all even if you probably wouldn't even hit it. But you can switch modes to turn them off. The video quality is insanely good and photos are good too. The app is really nice and does the drone itself justice. It tells you everything you need to know while flying, how high you are, how fast you're going, how far you are away. You can even control camera settings easily and pick the quality all in the app while in flight. Only downsides to it so far is that I can get an average of maybe 22 min flight time with 100% charge not 28 min. and I haven't really been able to get the drone more than a mile without the video feed cutting out, granted I am surrounded by trees most of the time. I think if you were in a open valley maybe you could get it close to 3 miles. As far as reviewing this bundle from Koozam... So, I was super nervous to get the P4 off of Amazon from a third party seller, I actually told myself I wasn't going to do it. But I knew I wanted another battery and and this deal was too good to pass up. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the package! First, the battery. I had read from some that it wouldn't charge and that it wasn't legit, so I was scared. But the battery I got seemed 100% authentic and it charges and lasts the same amount of time as the one that came with the drone. The rest of the accessories are nice, but I really only cared about the battery. The prop guards are kind of a cheap plastic. The chest strap thing is kind of cool but kind of a lot to put on just to fly it around my house. It was nice to get the extra memory card and extra propellers. I am beyond happy with my P4 as of now, I just need to get used to flying it so I can get the best videos I can! ... show more

The order was completed relatively quickly although the order track showed first Dec 2, and then 3rd and then was extended to the 9th, the order was received Dec 4th. The strobe lights are okay but I didn’t really need them and they weren’t listed on the order online and there was no landing pad included like what was in the picture. Overall, I felt over charged. The regular price now online is about $1,100.00 for the combo deal with 3 batteries. Two really cheap black bags were included. It is a fantastic product and very technically sophisticated. I am giving it a four star instead of five for two reasons. In order to have dual video output to both the monitor and a pair of goggles simultaneously you need to purchase and Install the DJI module which cost another $100. The second reason is that the drone channels offered within the frequencies of 2.4 and 5.8 are channels 13 through 20 and these are heavily utilized channels and are often cluttered and cause the video downlink to breakup and the screen on the monitor to turn black and green when flying. Hopefully, DJI will recognize this as problem and will provide a software or firmware update to resolve it ... show more
