This is my 2nd DJI product. The DJI FPV is without competitors in this market segment. I bought this for the purpose of flying FPV and flying fast. I was not, am not disappointed. If you like R/C flying, this is the machine for you. If you are after cinematic properties, DJI offers better machines, with better cameras that offer more cinematic options. I love everything about RC. From cars and trucks, airplanes and helicopters. The last few years had been almost all drones for me. It's an addiction. It is a adrenaline rush once you master manual mode. It's pretty close to feeling like you're flying. I have the avata and a dozen custom 5"-9" drones. This is my favorite drone to film with because it's fast and has a gimbal. This is the only 5" rtf drone I know of that even has a gimbal. Returned this DJI FPV drone because of its difficulty operating and decided that I would stick with a previous drone. The seller provided a partial refund, which prompted me to initiate an A-to-Z Guarantee Refund from Amazon. Definitely will be more cautious when ordering from these third-party sellers on Amazon. I was very surprised at the rapid delivery of this product, It might have helped if in the description they told you that the Drone and Controller were already paired together. Still, the drone is FAST really fast and responsive, this is billed as a beginner drone but for ease of use. I would say that this drone has more than fit that billing. I would call it a beginner to intermediate drone. Note that the MODE setting will affect battery life, the higher the setting the more power is consume which will make for a shorter flight time. I bout the fly more battery pack which is a life saver in this regard and urge you to purchase that with this unit for maximum enjoyment. The newest googles the INTEGRA is included in this purchase so yes it is the better goggles better than the V2. SPECIAL NOTE* - Buy the 200.00 insurance on the drone in case you crash it, they will give you a replacement drone up to two in the first year, and one replacement the year after. It's worth it. I rate this purchase on my 1 to 5 scale a solid 4.5 ! Must buy for beginners. ... show more

    • Some drama but worth it
Battery that came with kit was dead and backpack was missing. Backpack did eventually arrive maybe a week later but was not the one in the images and would never fit the dji fpv drone and gear. After messaging the seller I was told to send the battery back and they would replace it with a new one. I had to pay a shipping cost but they did honor their word and I now have a working battery back. All in all it was worth the drama and the drone is amazing. ... show more
