This is the third time to use carbon fiber wrap, the other two were ok. This film has gloss finish and seemed to be a lither thicker than the others I’ve used. I wrapped a new splitter on my Corvette to match the true carbon fiber side skirts. This wrap is as easy as the others and the price was better. Well pleased.

This vinyl is on the thicker side so you have to mind that with whatever you’re wrapping, but my main problem with this vinyl although it looks great on som parts this is not rolled with a tube on the inside it is rolled into itself therefore leaving wrinkles in the vinyl before it is even applied and it need to be removed with a heat gun before applying or as in my 2nd picture that is how it will lay luckily i figure that out before laying other main pieces so i saved myself, other than that this vinyls pretty good but somewhat looses its shein when heated by heat gun alot.

My roll came with some wrinkles that even with heating wouldn’t come out. The look of it is pretty spot on to real carbon fiber. Easy to heat and shape but the adhesive doesn’t hold shape well even on slight curves. The glossiness could be a bit better, has a hazy appearance but pops really nice in the sun. Not Repositional. Material looks great but does not work for dry install. Was using to wrap a hood and was just getting the corners lined and material snapped. Only time I have had this happen is with 3M 1080 with patterns or with material that set on the shelf for a few years and became brittle. Return window is pretty short so if you do use this make sure to do it right away and I would recommend to wet install with how tacky this material is. Very disappointed
