Loved it! For those buying, the most time consuming piece is putting together all the books. Please read those book specific instructions carefully! *don't be me* lol - I didn't, and misunderstood some of the classifications of the Book Style + Book Color Stickers + Book Placement Direction. I made it work just fine, but I noticed too far into the project that I goofed up the Book Types. Definitely recommend though and looks awesome. Love the mirror optical illusion and I adore how its definitely Alice In Wonderland, without being thrown in your face what exactly it's from.

I purchased the JOOHOUR book nook kit with the cameras, it says "BACK TO MEMORY" on the side. The kit took me about 20 hours to build, note that I am very methodical and careful and have never built one of these book nooks before. All the pieces fit together well. The instructions are good, encompassing, but you need to review the pictures carefully. I recommend test fitting and taking care to review the orientation of each piece from the pictures. The included glue works very well. Test fit pieces before applying the minimum amount of glue you think you will need. Then wait one to two minutes to fit the pieces together. The glue will get sticky and hold the pieces well as you align them. Then press the pieces together firmly and hold for 30 seconds or so. You will need a razor knife or exacto type razor cutter for the paper pieces. The end result of the assembled kit looks very cool. I would recommend this kit to anyone with the patience to build it.

Even though I thought i picked an easy one, as a beginner, I just wanted it to be over before even starting. I'm also not a fan of extensive dioramas. If anyone accepted my job offer to put this together for me, I would've paid. My dainty hands felt like sausage fingers on a balloon. A new experience. For a fair product review on quality- The pieces popped out of the cut-outs nicely. The detail was phenomenal, too much for me. The freedom of being able to pick the book covers will appeal to most. I would rather buy the bookshelf with the books already glued in. The kit came with glue, a small nail file, and few extra parts. I'd consider it to be high quality. The dust cover is convenient and eliminates the main reason why I don't keep tiny things around. The light assembly was a bit touchy. It could've been from my aggressiveness at times before I realized where I needed to trace the wires. I had to make sure the wire connection was good before the final walls went up. Like another reviewer advised, reading a few steps ahead helped. Definitely using extra glue helped. I glued pieces together where it was not recommended but helped. It only started to become satisfying towards the end. I couldn't tell if it was actually relief or a sense of accomplishment. 10 out of 10 would not recommend unless you like Legos.

For some reason I am fascinated by all things miniature. And, I like puzzles. Combine the two and you have these book nooks. First one I ever put together, and enjoyed every minute of it. Most pieces just snap and stay, but some require a little gluing (included). Very intriqit and ornate. Very easy to follow directions included (book style), so a very nice presentation. Lots of small pieces, so I would suggest some good tweezers. I like how the include some extra things and encourage some freestyle decorating. The wiring and lighting is easy to do, and on the finished product, when the lights go on, this is beautiful to look at. It does suck some time, so don't be surprised if you look up at clock and three hours have passed. But, that's what I wanted, so constructive fun thing to do for a little while, and this kept my interest from start to finish.

I'm still building this one and I love how it looks - the design is brilliant, especially the flipped ceiling and infinity effect. My only complaint is that I was on floor m8 before being directed to install the circuit board on my completed floor m5. There was precious little space to do it and I gave up trying to put in the locking bracket - I just used glue. All in all, it's been a pleasure to construct. I'm using a piece of packing material cut to fit, to stop the glare from the mirror on the base as I work. I highly recommend this kit. It's on the pricey side but well worth it.

Pretty darn cool! The mirrors on the top and bottom cause an infinity reflection making it a never ending falling bookcase. This is my second book nook kit by the Joohour brand (my 11th book nook in total) and they really do a good job. Pieces fit together well and are cut well so they don't snap when trying to get them out of the sheet. Directions are nice and clear. My only recommendation for this kit is to cover the bottom mirror with something during the build, or only take the film off the edges of the mirror. One of the first steps is to put the mirror on the bottom and you build the book shelves on top and even though I was trying to be extra careful I still ended up with a few very tiny speckles of super glue on the bottom mirror when a book I was gluing in fell off the shelf.

I don't know why I waited so long to start building book nooks, but once I did, I was hooked! I came across a new seller, and the Enchanted Library by Joohour grabbed my attention immediately. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite childhood movies, and this book nook gives me ALL the Belle's Library vibes! If you look closely on the second level, a glass dome with the rose sits waiting for the spell to be broken. Check out the table on the bottom floor, and you might see hints of some favorite characters. Of course, they are subtle as they must be, but let's just say you should step in and "Be Our Guest". The rose details on the front were perfect. The kit was packaged SO nicely. It even comes with the glue, which is not always the case. The lights were neatly packaged, and imagine my surprise when I realized there were 3 adorable sconces as part of the light up kit. I believe this was one of the easiest nooks to wire I've done yet. Also notable is the fact the lights weren't all tangled or impossible to keep straight. I really appreciated that. The wooden pieces snap out of the frame so easily. I didn't struggle to release any of them, and that was a nice change. Book nooks absolutely MUST have a dust cover if I'm adding them to my shelves, and this one did not disappoint. The best part is, the dust cover is held in place by the little roses! The mirrored effect added to this scene makes you feel like you could step right into the library and spend an afternoon reading. A fun fact is, the seller is actually the designer too! I love knowing I'm directly supporting the designer. They put so much thought and detail into this book nook kit, and I'm so excited to search for more and to see what they design next!

This is my first book nook, I decided on this one cuz I love baroque library scene and the tone of this one seems more suitable for an adult among other book nooks, lol. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it because it was heavy, beautifully packaged, and contained 14 pieces of well cut wood board, and all the tools, you don't need to prepare glue etc. so much to do with this kit. There's really a lot of detail in this book nook, and the finished piece is even more appealing than in the pictures. The reflection of the mirrors makes the scene look much deeper than it is in real life(look at my pics!!), as if you're peeking in from the corner of a huge library. The lamps that can be lit up make the scene very realistic, and the wall lamps and columns fit perfectly. PS: There are a lot of books to make, but all the parts are clearly labeled and the book covers are stickers so it was easy and stress free, I finished the book part while watching TV! Overall it was great and I'm thinking of buying another one for my friend as she loves reading books!
