OK, so first off there are some pros and cons for this item. I love the design of it and putting it together was extremely fun for me as it was very tedious and time-consuming, but that’s what I actually was looking for at the time. It feels like you’re putting together a living puzzle. A big pro for me would be the fact that it looks very realistic and as long as you follow the directions as far as how to put things together, everything will come out, looking lifelike and not printed or cartoon. But a huge downside, I did not end up getting all of the things in my box that I should’ve received as far as the wiring goes on the information and instructions pamphlet it specifically has a yellow Cord that is part of what you attached to the box and for some reason, my box was missing some of the cords that came in so when I put this together, I was not able to put any of the lights or box inside of it to create a living room type of a feel in it. That being said I’ve fully give this a five star because the design is adorable. I used a hot glue gun to put this together and this was the first one that I’ve ever done by myself putting something like this together at one time and everything worked out really well in my opinion, even though you can see some of the hot glue and certain places of the puzzle it really doesn’t bother me, so I’m not sure if if there’s a better way to put it together, but like I said this was my first puzzle that I’ve ever done. I adore this puzzle. Five stars

I love putting things together like these, so I was excited to finally get my hands on this. I have put together many Lego builds and I have a wooden piano music box that I assembled. The only thing I didn't realize with this one was the amount of gluing that is involved. Those aren't stickers, they are paper that you have to cut out and glue onto everything. I spanned the while project over like 4 days with this first day cutting and gluing the plants and books. This is not for young kids to do so the 14+ age it recommends is definitely one to stick to. It ended up turning out so good at the end. Worth it.

So first thing you need to know is that this is NOT a Book Nook set. It’s the same style but not the “book nook” brand. The set is still fun to build but, while it does have some fun details it’s not as elaborate and detailed and the name brand product. Because this is a little more simple it would be a good set for someone just looking to get into this type of hobby. If you like this set you will love the name brand products. This is priced very well for a first set so you don’t have to invest too much until you know if you enjoy the process. Once you decide you like it I highly recommend the name brand because the instructions are much more clear and there are a LOT of extra touches that really make the end product look fantastic.

This is a model kit that is called Book Nook. This particular one is made like a Magic Shack. It is just adorable and there's lots of miniature stuff inside. You follow the directions and assemble the product, it even has some lights here and there that you can turn on with batteries. Although it says magic shack, it really looks like a small townhouse. This is very cozy and cute and will make a nice rainy day project!
