I opened the box today - used up plates from a prior box first and immediately noticed that one of the four packages of plates inside was smaller than the other 3. Its so obvious. So I counted the package and it only had 100 plates rather than the 125 marked on the outside. 25 plates missing!!!!! I did not count the other 3 packages as they appeared to be the same size as each other. It is not Amazon's fault as the box was from Dixie Paper. These are appetizer plates. There's no way they can hold 2 slices of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and asparagus like in the picture. No way! Maybe some chips and dip or a cupcake or slice of cake or maybe even a toddler's dinner. Idk why in the original pic it says 7" when its smaller. My mistake for thinking 7" was bigger. We use these for giving wet/canned cat food to our two cats. Cheaper plates absorb all the moisture from the food but these have a resistant coating of some kind which is good if the cats don't eat all the food right away. We've looked everywhere for similar plates or the same ones at a better price but haven't found anything better than this deal yet. The was supposed to be a case of 4 packs of 125 plates. I only received 3. Other reviewers have also had this problem. Absolutely buyer beware! More hassle to return at this point!

Since its only my granddaughter and myself we often use paper plates as it would take us awhile to fill up a dishwasher and paper plates are so convenient for us. Since we have wanted to cut down on our portions I searched for a smaller size. These are a pleasure to use...pretty and sturdy even though smaller. ... show more

They work. They seem to stick together. I swear my husband throws at least one unused one out with each one that he uses. They are a little on the expensive side though. Could be cheaper.
