I purchased this product on August 29th for an extended trip to visit family. I made my selection primarily based on past reviews for this product, but the price point was great compared to other lower rated products. Product was received on September 1st. External/shipping packaging was sturdy and intact. Inflated the mattress on September 9th and slept on it for 12 nights without it loosing any air at all! It is very comfortable and not cold like inflatable air mattresses can be. Inflation and deflation were easy and fast and it folded up nicely for storage in the storage bag provided. Absolutely terrible, I’d give it a 0 if I could. I was excited to try glamping (comfortable sleep camping). We set it up around 4 pm yesterday for the first time and by 930pm noticed it was slightly deflated. We couldn’t pump it again because we were concerned with waking the kiddos up (they had their own cots) and the rest of the campground with the sound of the pump. In the middle of the night I had to bail due to my back hurting and had to sleep on the cold floor of the tent. We didn’t have our usual camp mat or sleeping bags with us because I thought we were going to sleep on a fancy mattress. So it was a cold night. By the next morning my husband was a taco inside the mattress. He didn’t have the pillow over his head, he literally was so far down into the mattress you can’t see him (see pic). I did inflate it the day prior just to check it out and everything seemed fine. It inflated fast and I didn’t notice any smell. I’d throw it away but I want my money back. We didn’t let the kids jump on it, they spent the day playing outside so it’s not like it was poorly used. The air mattress was a waste of money and I feel at this point the company owes us money for massages, lol. ... show more
