Clean the charging contacts, and mesh of ear tips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume. How to solve the problem with connection? Or the only one-side earbud has sound? Or two earphones can't pair with each other? Or can’t connect to your device? 1. In the state of power on, quickly tap the “Left or Right earbud” 5 times. 2. Delete the pairing record "A9" of the earbuds on the phone. 3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case. 4. After 10s, take the earbuds out of the charging case, search "A9" and pair the phone. How to handle the situations when the earbuds drop into the water? If the earbuds get wet, shake the water out of the earbuds, gently tap-dry each with a towel, and allow them to air dry completely, before placing them in the charging case! *Please remove the protective films of the earbud's charging point before using it and refer to the User Manual for all other issues.
