I bought this toy for one of my younger Daughters for Christmas last year since they love these type of toys. Now I was pretty hesitant to buy one since the reviews stated that he dosn't say everything the product information says he does and he dosn't walk. After playing around with one at one of the local stores that had these there I discovered that the issues that were claimed are mostly user error ,because most of these toys like this have a switch on its body that is set to demo mode when its on a store shelf so it won't actually play all the sounds its supposed to make, however if you switch the button all the way to the left that says ON it will in fact say the other things its supposed to say. Other than that no he dosn't actually walk, but kinda scoots and than does his flip. As far as softness, his fabric part is soft , but he has a very hard body underneath so he is not a toy made for cuddling! Also If you need to clean him you will have to spot clean, because you cannot put him in the washer. Anyway After discovering all of that I decided to order it off of Amazon since it was significantly cheaper at the time than buying it at the store. It was definitely worth getting since all three of my girls love him and it makes them laugh. I would buy again ... show more

This little guy is adorable. I love fainting goats so he's got my heart lol. We just saw the wish movie and I fell in love with his character. This is so cute. The button is hard to find not going to lie. Took me a few minutes of confusion and then coming to the comment section to figure it out I thought maybe it came without batteries but I was wrong. My 18 month loves this toy. However, it took this adult forever to figure out how to make it talk. I changed the batteries thinking they were dead, was close to returning in until I accidentally hit the button on the side of the goat to activate it. Once you figure that out, it’s a fun toy.

I personally think that Valentino the baby goat is one of Disney's greatest animal characters in recent memory. This toy looks a lot like him and is just as cute. It's not entirely soft like a traditional stuffed animal because of the wiring inside. He really does walk, talk, and faint, as in the movie. So, you do get what you paid for. My daughter loves it so that's a bonus. The goat is supposed to flip, he doesn't. His recording is kind of distorted. The only reason why I haven't returned it is because my daughter loves it so much.
