I recommend this company. I contacted Discount Promos twice and they were very prompt answering my questions. I have purchased two sets of bags with our company's logo on them. We have been very pleased with the finished product. I contacted the company for the second order to see if they could get them expedited by a certain date. The company replied by telling me Amazon sets the shipping date, but they would try their best to get them to me by the date, The bags came just in time. I will use this company again.

The company had super communication (answered within a few hours), shipped incredibly fast, and the ink quality was perfect. I used their available fonts for the text box, and uploaded my logo (the circular part). I blocked out my name for privacy. The bag material was exactly what I wanted…lightweight like you might take to the grocery store. I will definitely use this company again, especially since I placed a very small order (first time to ever order bags with personalization).

Bags finally arrived but in all white, not technically custom as it’s advertised. But, Ok, I’m technically at fault for not scrolling allllll the way down to see their final comment in the description: “In case you upload a multi-color image, we will convert to same color as the font color.” Although, a little misleading since they do advertise as custom, and upload your own image/logo. Oh well. Live and learn. The bags I ordered previously WERE full color and gorgeous BUT were too large. Really hoping these would be the size to gift our clients, but nope. They seem sturdy so will use them for now and update my review later if they break or show wear unusual fast. For now, back to the search…

I was so frustrated that I ordered the bags from another company and ordered the incorrect size and paid way too much for them. However, I found discount promos and I was so skeptical but I needed to order and THEY CAME THROUGH IN A MAJOR WAY. They took my logo and made these bags in such a short time and they came out just how I wanted!!!!!! I will tell everyone about the great work you do!!!
