It can be hard to make ur little one fall asleep. You sit there and read through their entire bookshelf of bedtime stories to look up and see they are bright eyed and bushy tailed waiting for more entertainment. You tried to do the lavander baths and the routine/schedule all the Instagram moms do… but you can’t seem to get these tiny humans to bed at a decent hour. (An hour you aren’t to exhausted to finally take ur shower) well here you are my friend, just one of these little berry flavored gummy vitamins will have them sleeping in 20 minutes tops!!! My daughter tries to resist so we thankfully can safely give her one more and BAM she is out like a light too. These have helped me to get back on our 8pm brush your teeth and be asleep by 9 routine. Now mama got time for a shower and a movie; that I will only see the first 5 minutes of before succumbing to sleep myself. I’m not giving up on that movie tho, one day I will see the ending. But for now glad to have these “berry” bad boys on hand to get my chaotic day to a peaceful end.

I bought these for my kiddos (they occasionally take 1 mg of melatonin on nights they have trouble settling down) and because of the flavor, I assumed they were for kids. Thankfully we noticed before giving them to the kids, so we just cut eat one in half (as 2.5 mg is a lot for our kiddos). Other than that, they were great and had a pretty tasty flavor.

These tastes amazing. We wish we could buy non melatonin gummies that taste like these. They do work when taken ample time before bed. My daughter uses them on days she particularly anxious or excited about something the next day. She’s a pretty serious sleepwalker when she’s anxious or excited and these seem to do the trick….even if it’s all in her head. I’ve taken them myself and I feel like they do make me sleepy with 45-60min.

They taste great and are just the right dosage per gummy. Clearly marketed for kids, but adults want delicious flavors too. Why would I want to take a regular melatonin pill when I can have something that tastes like candy? Its a no brainer. I take one every night, not sure where any of these companies get the recommended amount of melatonin from, but 2.5mg is perfect for me.
