I get really oily eyelids but this mascara doesn't smudge - at most I get a tiny bit of black beneath my eye at the very end of the day, mostly due to said oiliness. I got so tired of mascaras that ended up flaking or smearing. This mascara does not clump, flake, or make raccoon eyes. It also helps your eyelashes curl so they don’t hang over your eyes. It’s the only mascara I will use.

I have purchased this before years ago at Ulta and I loved it, it was so smooth. They must have changed the formula or it was sitting in the hot warehouse too long because it is very clumpy.
