My 8 year old homeschooler was thrilled that this was his prize for good piano practice. He was able to put it together completely by himself and his older brother was happy he got one too. They looked a little lame coming out of the box, but are actually holding up nice for a craft. I want them to work up to being able to make a marble maze. This is good for first timers. If you want a real impressive sturdy toy this is not it. I would give it a a gift to kids that like crafts though. It would make a great party favor. ... show more
