I took my kids to Coney Island in Brooklyn. We actually didn’t got to the beach. We walked along the boardwalk and ate food, rode the rides and played game at the arcade. At one point in starting to pour. It was rain really hard for a sold 10. He had we had umbrellas and my baby’s stroller had a plastic cover/shield. However the plastic is only covers the part the baby’s is seating in. Not the bottom carry space under the stroller, where the baby bag had been placed. I absolutely love this bag when I first bought it because it is literally a compartment for everything. Super light weight depending on what you are putting it. Now that I know I can take a have down pour it’s a little disappointing
