After reading some reviews where people got a piece of colored foam instead of a real welcome mat, I wanted to post to confirm that I did in fact get a legitimate welcome mat. It shed a little bit out of the box, but otherwise seems to be of decent quality, and the price was great. I found it difficult to find a "fun" welcome mat that wasn't also rude, so I was pleased to find this one. It really livens up our front porch. It's in the shadows in this picture, but the color is pretty bright, although darker than on the product image. Our previous mat kept blowing away, but this one is heavy enough that I think it will stay put.

I love the contemporary look of this welcome mat and it’s a good size for our front door. It also does a good job picking up debris and dirt from our shoes/feet before coming into the house. My complaint though is that it’s starting to look aged in a short amount of time. We have it outside in the sun so it’s expected to become weathered, but we’ve only had it for about a month and it looks like we’ve had it for years.

It’s a little on the small side but super cute. I got an actual door mat, rubber bottom, straw like top. It’s under a covered porch so it shouldnt get much weather wear. I accented the door mat with a larger rug and I love it ❤️

This product looks great out of the box. I really loved the blue color. But that is short lived as the product color fades super fast. Like a lot of the other reviews say, beware that it will quickly fade and look old and ready to be replaced. Mine only lasted 2 weeks of being outdoors in the summer. I’m disappointed that this product didn’t even last a month before looking old and worn. It may last longer and be fine if left indoors like in a sunroom.

This mat is very cute, but not practical. I WAS so happy with it until my family started using it. The black part is painted on, so it comes off everytime people wipe their feet. It also, bleeds in the rain leaving a rust look on the ground ugh. So if you’re using it for an area that won’t get wet or used very often it may be a good purchase. But if you have kids and a lot of traffic you should pass.

This is a great looking carpet and a thick heavy duty material. With that being said, It may be the reason it holds SO much water. Two days after rain you can pick it up and it is still dripping wet. I have not really experienced discoloring or fading of the letters so much as other reviews had mentioned. I would recommend putting this under a covered entryway, otherwise you’re going to have a wet rug pretty much all the time. I would buy it again because it really is so pretty. UPDATE: After only a few months outside, the carpet is very discolored. You can see in the two photos the before and after of purchasing. I didn’t even have this out during the winter so the fact that it did not get a lot of wear and tear and still looks like this is very unfortunate. The pictures are fall, when I first purchased, versus now spring.
