Nice product! Looks great on my table. The darker stripe is more green than teal; however, it isn't really noticeable and certainly doesn't make me want to return it. My grandson spilled spaghetti sauce all over it the first time we used it, but no stains were present after washing! I did notice there were wrinkles after drying. I made sure to take it out as quickly as possible to keep wrinkling down to a minimum. Since I didn't feel like ironing, I place the cloth back on the table without ironing. It smoothed out some on it's own and still looks nice, just a little more rustic around the edges. I'll probably run over it with an iron next time I wash it, but truthfully, for family meals, the tablecloth is very nice!!! ... show more

    • A clean and simple look, the red stripe on taupe has a retro feel to me.

I love the clean and simple look of this cloth. It's very French and slightly retro looking. It's 100% cotton, and looks very natural. I love that the pattern is woven and not printed. I wanted to purchase the red cloth with the stripe but it is unavailable. I hope it is available soon, and would like to pick that one up as well. ... show more

UPDATED-Great table cloth. Next test, the washing machine test. If it passes that it’s a winner. I’ll update. UPDATE -followed the washing instructions to the T, and it shrunk really bad. It doesn’t even drape over the side of the table anymore. I recommend not even putting this table cloth in a dryer. ... show more

It is a cotton table cloth, of course it can stain, wrinkle and absorb just like any clothes can. The real purpose of this review is to talk about the quality. This tablecloth is a nice thickness, not delicate that will tear up easily. It fits great, looks great for the farmhouse style and performs well as a tablecloth. It also washes well and is durable enough to survive 3 cats! ... show more

    • Avoid - shrinks 2 feet in length!

I like this brand, but do NOT buy this tablecloth. It shrunk 2 feet in length (to minimize shrinking it was washed in cold water, and dried with very little heat and removed to air dry while it was still damp). I purchased a 120" tablecloth for a 96" table, but after it was washed, the tablecloth was shorter than the table length! Absolutely ridiculous. ... show more

UPDATE: increasing rating from two to three stars. Napkins launder well. After machine washing and hanging to dry, they were uncreased, soft, remained squared, and the stitching had not come undone. Can be starched and ironed, but not necessary. I still do not like the deep taupe color; however, these do work well for day-to-day use. Received tablecloths today. Ordered two 70-inch rounds in taupe with blue stripes. I appreciate that this unusual size is offered and the nice price. These appear to be well-made in a “rustic” fabric with a casual look. This is not smooth, fine linen. Also, the tablecloths and matching napkins are considerably darker than the lighter beige shown in the pictures. They are TAUPE, not beige. The rougher texture and darker tone are disappointing. There are a lot of creases from being folded in the plastic bag. I will see how they do after laundering. ... show more

Great fabric. I had 2 others and the fabric was awful. This one is washable the other two were spot clean only. Laughable! Can’t was the table cloth. I sent them back and bought this one from a different vendor.

This tablecloth shrunk over seven inches in length and four inches in width! And that was washing it in cold water. I love the color and look of the fabric. I had previously ordered the size smaller one that similarity shrunk. I returned it and ordered the size larger. It will work but I am fearful of repeat washings. ... show more
