I had a vinyl purse that was almost the identical size as this. I had used three of them before they were discontinued. Having shoulder and neck problems and arthritis, I cannot stand a large, heavy bag. I wanted something small, but nice looking, for a price that was less than what I paid for my new car. Then I found this bag. It seemed to fit the bill, so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! The first thing I noticed was the size. Just a half inch taller than my other bag, but still small enough that I would not get sore carrying it. The strap was long enough to do cross body, even with my overly fat frame. And it does that without the straps being so short that it winds up sitting way up under my armpit, but rather, it sits at my waist just as it should. The gold trim on the black gives it an elegant look that belies the price. There are five different zippered compartments to help keep things organized. I use the small front one for my car key. Due to the car being a key-less entry I never need to actually pull out the key fob to unlock the car, but the fob still needs to be close enough to get a signal out to the car. The front pocket allows the signal to get through the fabric without my ever having to remove it from the purse. And the zipper stays securely closed so I never have to worry about losing my key. The second pocket is a bit bigger and easily holds my iPhone and pens with room to spare. The next two pockets are both full sized pockets and much larger. The first one is large enough to hold my 9mm without problem. Being the middle pocket, the gun does not imprint so no one knows it is there, while still being within easy reach should I need it. Inside the last pocket is yet another smaller, zippered pocket inside the back lining. It is surprisingly deep and holds more than a dozen wet wipes for sticky hands, Prep H wipes for those times the bathroom is out of toilet paper, eyeglass cleaner, band aids, rescue inhaler, hand sanitizer and emergency meds for my diabetic husband. This way I can have them with me, but behind not one but two zippers to help stop pickpockets. And it still has room for more stuff. The larger zippered outer compartment has my wallet, sunglasses, Kleenex, pens, checkbook, and other odds and ends such as a pack of gum and mints for the grandkids. With all of that, it is still more than half empty with plenty of room left to spare. I have had much bigger, heavier bags over the years, some of which cost well over $100, that did not have this much room to organize. This one looks great, works well, and is very roomy despite it's small size, which is very deceptive. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. If I could change anything, I would make the sides just a wee bit stiffer so it would stand up rather than tending to lay over forward a bit like it does now. And possibly get a bit softer strap. My old purse had rounded soft vinyl straps which never hurt or rubbed my neck. This canvas braided strap is durable, but stiff on the edges. So while it works well in winter where my neck is protected by a scarf, in warmer months with only T-shirts, it tends to rub the side of my neck and makes a red mark. Overall, I am well pleased with this purse and plan to get a couple more before they are suddenly out of stock or discontinued. It looks expensive and classy, it does everything I was looking for with room to spare, and for a price that can't be beat.

I’m very pleased with this product. The size is between the very mini bags that we’ve been seeing around and a typical medium bag. The compartments are very spacious and I’m able to organize my items very nicely. The size allows me to carry what I would consider just what I need, it’s more practical than the very mimi bags but still small enough so I’m tempted to carry unnecessary and heavy items. The bag is very lightweight but feels durable. I’ve worn this bag everyday now for over a month and I’ve noticed no marks or scuffs and I’m not rough but definitely not gentle when handling. I like the unique color and fashion forward style of this bag. I’ve been complimented and asked quite a few times about where I purchase this product. I plan on continuing to wear this bag daily because it compliments my daily semi casual style perfectly. I’m extremely happy with what I’ve received for the great price.

I bought this purse for I don't like carrying a big one. It was the right color black I was looking for, it's not a dull black color. The size is perfect, it has several zippered pockets that allows me to put several things in it. Everything is easy to find. The weight is light even with everything I put in it. The strap extends to allow me to put over my shoulder while I am shopping. Clean up is a breeze you can wipe off with a damp rag. The price was right for my budget. I bought a tan one too. Although it is the right size and weight the material below the zipper inside tears very easily. I've had to add extra material to make it usable.

I have a terrible time trying to find just the right bag that meets all my needs. This little crossbody will be just perfect for me to use at amusement parks and on vacation. The bag is lightweight and compact, yet it can still hold just about anything you would need for a day out. I love that it has several zippered compartments to keep everything organized, and I was nicely surprised by how roomy the main compartment is. I will easily be able to fit a water bottle, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer in that space with room for additional smaller items. The other compartments can easily fit any size phone, sunglasses, wallet, etc. I purchased the dark blue and it is exactly as pictured. It appears to be very well made, so I'm sure I will get lots of use out of it. I'm glad I chose this bag and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, compact and functional bag.

I was hesitant at first due to reading the negative reviews on this bag but very happy I ordered one. This bag has help up well and not one tear in the material. The zipper works smoothly, stitching is still intact with no issues at all. The color has not faded and cleans easily with just a wipe with a damp towel. I love the size and the pockets fits alot of things. I will be ordering another one in a different color. If you are hesitant don't be. My sister in law ordered one as well and loves it.
