I give the product 5 stars. It is of good quality and the display of pictures that you can load is also good. BUT if you are not computer savvy beware it may take you a while to work through your frustration to get the product to work. Support is nonexistent. My opinion. Sent a request for help in the afternoon when I got the frame and no one responded. [Update 2 days later I get a response. You should be able to call them but NO] Fortunately I eventually figured it out. Directions are vague as to what the product performance is due to not giving a very precise description of what they are talking about in the directions. I give support and the directions for the product a big fat zero! UPDATE Returned product. Just wasn’t worth the time to deal with it.

I am the type of person where technology is not my strong point. This product just works. What a great investment to display your memories! Just remember to switch your band to 2.4 ghz before powering it up so you can connect it to WiFi. After that it will stay connected even when your WiFi goes back to 5ghz band. Excellent product and price.

I bought seven of these for my office to rotate pics of the different school events we have. It works pretty well. The frame has a lot of options and the white mat makes it look more like a regular picture. The image is clear and sharp The only thing keeping this from a full five stars is there is no web app to upload pics via a computer. It must be done via phone, plugging in a usb or an SD card, or plugging a cable into your computer then into the frame. While all these options are nice, a web app would be the easiest for my use case, so by not having one, it is a bit more difficult for me to update my frames - especially the ones that are high up. (Still have to get cable concealers for my other wall).

Totally worth $99.99 for a 15.6” digital picture frame. It’s not heavy and it looks excellent plus it comes with a stand for a table. It is wall mountable but we were ok with it being on a table. The app (Frameo) is decent and uploading photos is easy. Editing from the picture frame is also a plus! I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
