UPDATE on February 23, 2026: I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this. After running this for 9 months it is beginning to pop up a notification box telling me it isn't responding and gives me an option of "Wait" or "OK." The only option that works to fix the problem is "OK." Then it resets and begins working normally again with no loss of any photos or videos. It's very disappointing. The "notification box" appears about every three days. I only have two 30 second video and 12 photos on it. My initial review (below) right after buying it 9 months ago in May, 2026: This product works great. The screen is clear, smooth-operating, easy to upload photos and videos. Excellent value for the money spent. It has been running nonstop 24/7 for four months and hasn't had any issues at all. It is definitely worth the money spent.

Setting the frame up and adding pics is very easy. The app on my phone is easy and straight forward. The only issue I have is that I feel like the ad is misleading. Unless I’ve got my setup wrong the pics do not fill the entire frame as displayed on the ad. I may have chosen a traditional looking frame had I known this. Again I may have the display set up incorrectly and it’s operator error. I chose not to remove any stars due to the possibility.
