My mom suffered a traumatic brain injury and had to move in with is. Her short term memory is awful, but her long term memory is not affected. She loves to sit and look through all the pictures on our digital frame because even if she saw them before; it was like a new story every time, and when there was a glimpse of the past, her face would light up with memory. We decided to buy her own digital frame and this is great. It looks nice and I love that the whole family was able to download the app and connect to share their photos. All of the images come through high quality and you can see regardless of where you are sitting. You can adjust the settings for various things like and upload photos quickly. The app is super easy to use and beginner friendly. I bought this frame solely because it uses the same app as the digital frame we have and it did not disappoint.

The only thing better than one of something that you love would be too and that's how I would describe this two pack of digital picture frames. If you want you can split it into a gift for two different people or you can have it set up so that you have maybe in the living room and another one in a bedroom or recreation room. Very easy to set up even for someone that's not text Abby and the picture quality and sound is top-notch in my opinion. This also qualifies as the ultimate gift because I truly can't imagine anyone that wouldn't appreciate something like this.

When I first tried to set up an account in the app it would not go past Get Started. This happened over the course of a couple days and multiple tries. I realized that when the 3 questions came up to allow the app to have access to phone's photos, record audio and take pictures, I had said NO to the audio one - when i tried to set up the account again, and allowed all the permissions, the APP LET ME MAKE AN ACCOUNT and worked like clockwork, just as it should. Over the course of the time that I was having difficulty, I emailed the account email 3 times and each time received a prompt helpful reply from Becky within 12 hours and they were not just generic replies, they were specific to my specific questions. I was able to upload pictures from my phone and am tremendously enjoying the frame. I do want to upload some pictures from my computer and have not checked to see if my computer has an sd card slot so hope that is not an issue and do wish the process for doing this was with a usb cable. but other than that, my vote is that this is a great product, works well and looks good and responsive customer service. Easy enough to set up, sometimes it will disconnect from your phone and be a little difficult to reconnect but always does it eventually. I like all the settings and the size. Adjustable brightness, and the pictures look great. One thing I don’t love is that the power cord comes out of the part that stands it up, which doesn’t lock in as much as I’d love. It would be nice to have the option to adjust the angle it sits at or have it be able to hang on a wall or prop against a shelf or something.

I bought this pack of 2 digital frames as a wedding gift and it was a success. The bride and groom loved it because it is a very practical and special gift. The nice thing is that from the cell phone you can send photos and videos in seconds, so they always have updated memories without having to be using USB or anything complicated. The quality of the screen is very good, they look sharp and with vivid colors. A detail that I liked is that each frame brings its own charger, so they don't have to be sharing only one. In addition, with the 32 GB of memory that each one brings, they have enough space to store photos. It is definitely an original and useful gift for a couple starting a new stage.
