There's a sense of nostalgia that comes with playing some of the older Mario games, and this renewed Wii console was acquired for that purpose. For a renewed device, the console itself was very clean, with no noticeable dings or scratches. It looks good and is clearly a cared-for unit. As stated in the product description, this is a console-only offering, so be prepared to source your own cables and accessories. This took a bit of time, but once everything was connected, it worked just as expected. The experience of playing on the original hardware is a nice change of pace from modern gaming. It's a reliable and solid product for anyone wanting to revisit some classic Nintendo titles.

Nostalgia!!! This Wii works great. It doesn't come with any cables or controllers, so factor that into the purchase price. Otherwise, it's a great addition to the game room!

This is a good value device if you already have Wii games and controllers. However, I've learned the hard way it is difficult to acquire those things if you don't already own them. So, I can only report that the machine powers up just fine. I don't have any way of using it.

100% the BEST refurb of a game console that I've ever owned. works right out of the box (does not come with Wii controllers) really hit me in the nostalgia

The renewed Nintendo Wii console worked like a charm right out of the box. Setup was fast and everything functioned as expected—menus loaded quickly, and the system responded well to motion controls. I’ve played several classic games on it and didn’t notice any lag or errors. The included remote synced easily, and the console looked clean and well-maintained. One thing I really appreciated was the inclusion of the finger sleeves, which made longer play sessions a little more comfortable. While the system itself feels slightly lighter than I remember, it hasn't caused any issues with performance. Overall, it’s been a great way to relive old favorites and introduce the Wii experience to new players.
