Compared to other dog crates I looked at, this one is extremely well made, looks good, and has some great features. First, the door is much safer than most other crates because the latch system allows one-handed opening and closing without having to deal with a bunch of latches and snaps. If anything is going wrong, it's a split second to open it, compared to crates with several latches and extra snap closures. It also appears designed to reduce the risk of a puppy getting entrapped. The top entry feature is great for being able to reach in and comfort a new puppy . Finally, the garage door side has worked really well for me and will be a really nice feature once my puppy becomes an adult and can be allowed to have full run of the home. The wheels allow me to move the crate to different parts of the house. I ordered a chew proof cover from K9 Ballistics for the Diggs crate pad for the teething stage of puppy development. Finally, it just looks nicer than other crates. Overall, a super nice crate, and although expensive, you get what you pay for.

Our number one reason for purchasing it was looks. And now I don’t know why we waited so long. Our Petco crate worked great, but it looked like a big black cage no matter where we put it. We could not be happier because the ash gray blends in with our decor perfectly. It still looks like a crate, but it’s a lot more elegant and subtle than what we had. Functionally, it’s very sturdy, very dog proof (for our furry little chewer), and has lots of ingress/egress options. It’s a breeze to assemble/break down, thoughtfully designed, safe, and secure. Do read the owner’s manual bc there are a few finer points (regarding proper use) that you might not pick up on your own. The only downside is that it’s heavy to pick up. Even if you move it using the built-in rollers, you have to stoop because the grip is just a groove built into the frame. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend? 100% yes. Update: I’ve now had this a few weeks and my dog already considers it his home-within-the-home. He’s a small buy mighty chewer and has already done some damage to the finish on the grates…so I’m just hoping the bond is strong enough that it doesn’t deteriorate on its own now that the paint seal is broken.

This crate is everything it’s advertised to be an even better we are so glad we purchased it even though it cost way more than other brands but the quality that you get is worth the money. Our puppy loves it. She goes in on her own she spends time in there. We are learning to close the door and everything’s OK, it’s a process. She chews on everything so I’m really happy that the crate doesn’t have anything sharp or jagged to hurt her mouth on. I appreciate how easy it was to set up and take down if necessary it’s easy to clean I love the cushion and so does she.. she had one accident and all I had to do is throw it in the washer it could’ve been easier to clean.

This is the best crate I have ever had. My yorkie loves it. Very easy to set up, very sturdy and top that all off it is very nice to look at. It may cost more but it is worth every penny. She could unlock the ones you get in the store and get out but not this one. Best money spent!
