Our number one reason for purchasing it was looks. And now I don’t know why we waited so long. Our Petco crate worked great, but it looked like a big black cage no matter where we put it. We could not be happier because the ash gray blends in with our decor perfectly. It still looks like a crate, but it’s a lot more elegant and subtle than what we had. Functionally, it’s very sturdy, very dog proof (for our furry little chewer), and has lots of ingress/egress options. It’s a breeze to assemble/break down, thoughtfully designed, safe, and secure. Do read the owner’s manual bc there are a few finer points (regarding proper use) that you might not pick up on your own. The only downside is that it’s heavy to pick up. Even if you move it using the built-in rollers, you have to stoop because the grip is just a groove built into the frame. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend? 100% yes. Update: I’ve now had this a few weeks and my dog already considers it his home-within-the-home. He’s a small buy mighty chewer and has already done some damage to the finish on the grates…so I’m just hoping the bond is strong enough that it doesn’t deteriorate on its own now that the paint seal is broken. ... show more

The crate is solid. It is constructed very well and I don’t have to worry about my dog being able to unlock it. There are no areas that she might get hurt, like a paw stuck under an area like some other crates. It is a bit heavy but has convenient wheels to help move it from time to time. Love that it has more than one door besides the front door. The additional doors like the garage type door on the side and the top opening are a plus. Would recommend this crate. ... show more

This thing is amazing… even has a moon roof! Plus I love how easily it folds down. It’s light-weight and has rollers, making it pretty easy to move. I bought the largest size, hoping it will be large enough for my golden retriever when he is full grown. It’s perfect for him right now as a puppy, with room to grow. PLEASE NOTE: Diggs tells you NOT to use this to transport a dog in a car. I guess that’s liability, because dog crates are not designed for crash-worthiness. BUT, it’s safer to have a puppy confined in a crate when traveling, rather than running loose in the car. My puppy complained about every other crate I tried… read reviews about this one and had to try it. THe combination of the crate (well designed, nice latches, plus moon roof is fun!), and the matching Diggs orthopedic bed have made my pup a much happier camper in the car! ... show more

My One and only regret is that I hesitated for so long to buy this! I researched and read every review, watched tons of videos. I know if your reading my review your worried about the money and wondering if you should order it. It is So easy to assemble and is Very Sturdy! You will have it up and ready in 5 minutes. The bed is an Essential for this crate it is perfectly made no gaps it is firm and comfortable and as I can tell it will be easy to clean and put back on. The crate also has wheels for easy moving. We take it when we travel and it has been a breeze to collapse, transport and set up. It is in the heavy side which is the only “Con” I have with it. Of course that’s what makes it so sturdy. After much agonizing over several crate options, we purchased the Diggs Revol Dog Crate which was by far the most expensive option. We had a driving trip planned and needed a collapsible crate for use in hotels and our Airbnb. On the plus side, the crate is very sturdy and does set up and break down very easily. The door opens and closes smoothly and the garage door feature is nice if you want to leave the crate open. It looks cool and our dog seems to really like the crate. On the con side, it is pretty heavy (45 pounds) and awkward to move around. There are wheels and a handle but it's not something you can easily pull for a long distance. We put it on the hotel cart when transporting it up to our room (wish I would have taken photos) and it's bulky. Luckily, it was our plan to utilize this crate upon our return home and it's worked well for our dog who still seems quite happy in this crate which is large enough for him to stretch out in. So while I don't see us using this again for travel, we will use it at home for years. Also as a side note: If this matters to you, the box indicated the crate is made in China. ... show more
