Diecast Master deserve 5 stars for making a affordable good looking and well detailed truck and low boy trailer with perks. Remember this is a toy and is attended for display use not heavy play such as Tamiya brand trucks and this is RTR truck is for show so dont expect a whole lot of truck without going into the G`s. It has a adjustable deattachable goose neck that you must PUSH down and turn for it to lock in place and lights and sounds. Remote does note move truck forwards or backwards. Called Sunday 1/7/24. Waiting on a new remote.

    • Sounds stopped working on the same day it arrived. Because I opened it, I can't return it.
Truck / Trailer has nice detail for a model, but is extremely cheaply made for something that costs over $500. I am disappointed to say the least. Sound stopped working the day it arrived. I was going to return it to get my $500 back but the seller states in the return instructions that if the product has been opened, they will only return 50% of the cost!!! WOW If I return a defective product to this seller they are going to charge me $250 and I am left with NOTHING for $250! That is not reasonable. This truck should be more along the lines of $200-$250 at most due to the extremely cheap build quality. I do not recommend anyone buy this cheap plastic truck rig. ... show more

    • Slight gamble
Very nice looking rc truck and trailer. Came packaged exceptionally well for shipping, and came with everything the seller described. Unfortunately I do have a couple of gripes with it. First, it might be a slight design flaw with my particular set, because attempting to attach the gooseneck to the trailer was not as easy as the instructions made it out to be. Should simply push and twist the "tab" on the gooseneck to the corresponding hole in the trailer to secure it, is not so simple. Upon inspection, the hole and the "tab" don't match up precisely. Second, the trucks turning is abysmal, you pretty much need the width of a side street to actually turn left or right, considering it comes ready to run, and you're not building it from the ground up like most rc kits, I'm not too upset about that. I bought this over a year ago and it was $100 cheaper but I was severely disappointed. Almost immediately The steering and sound failed on my truck after two runs and it's made of cheap plastic. I'm surprised diecast masters put their name on this because this is just a cheap truck that looks great but it's basically just an RC model that can move. The features on the trailer are great but again everything is cheap. Flimsy plastic so great idea. Poorly executed final design I have personally modified this truck to get it to work better by installing aftermarket front axle with metal gear hobby grade steering servo but for the price I shouldn't have to spend an extra $100 modifying this to get it to work the way it was intended to I would not recommend buying this seriously ... show more

    • Fun but not very durable
I was looking for a middle of the road RC truck. This one fit the description. Unfortunately the sound went out in the truck after about 3 hours of use. This was spaced out over 2 days. So far everything else is functioning but one of the coolest features was its sound effects. It’s a bit disappointing that it failed so quickly for the price I bought it for.
