I got this for my 7 years old son, the bed arrived really fast. When I ordered it, I didn't expect much for the price, I was 60% ready for disappointment and return. I got the box today, it was scratched and slightly damaged because of shipping, but the inside was properly wrapped so no damage to the interior product. Putting it together was easy, it comes with the Allen wrench and all pieces were there. The holes all aligned perfectly and the bed ended up being a hit. The only issue I had with this frame, was a damaged led strip. I contacted customer service about it. They immediately responded, had me send a picture of the issue and sent me a replacement led kit. Very helpful, very friendly, and most importantly on the ball. As for the frame itself, I love it. I wasnt sure if I would like the low profile or not, as I normally have had a bed/box spring combo that sat much higher up. But honestly I found myself liking it better. But I guess thats just up to preference. The design has a very big advantage that I hadn't considered until recently, (around two months or so since purchase), i havent stubbed my toe on my way to bed lol. The way the front is designed, and the padding on the front make this a non issue already, but then add in the schedule able lighting and my toes are thanking me. This frame also survived moving, without disassembling it. I feel that is notable. So if you're looking for a modern look, and are like me and always stubbing your toes in the dark, give this frame a try. You really can't go wrong. ... show more

Had trouble with some of the screws not wanting to screw in. Some go in easy, others barely reach enough to catch the threads on the other side, and two of them, I dig little bits of metal out of the holes. Got the whole thing assembled, and then they want you to flip the whole thing over to install the lights, which I don't have room to do, so I guess I just don't get to use the lights, which is disappointing. The wood slats that support the mattress are way too thin. I expect to have problems with breakage, but I guess we'll see. ... show more

If you are a small person and you will be the only person sleeping in this bed then you should be fine, maybe… Definitely not for two people. The material in the wood is very cheap and not durable. I tried to lay on this bed with my husband, and we were both drooping down in the middle of the mattress. We had to go to Home Depot and buy plywood to put underneath, so the mattress wouldn’t sink through the wooden slats. I don’t know about all these reviews saying that it’s good because it was very challenging to put together and you have to put the lights on yourself and the lights don’t really stick very well. I had to go buy glue to actually make it stay on the underside of the bed , I’m very displeased with this purchase and I wish I would have skipped and went to the next thing . ... show more

I bought this awhile ago and just finally able to set it up as i was moving. It is better quality than expected as i read some reviews, all part came undamaged no missing pieces or hardware. Maybe just have to clean some cloth out of bolt holes other then that everything was great. Took me only a hour and half to put together. Pretty simple, came with instructions. Bed fits perfectly.
