I'm going to write a simple and concise review. The dresser is of great quality and was easy to assemble. However, when assembling the last drawer, they sent a duplicate side, which made it impossible to finish the drawer. This worried me because I thought, "Will I have to disassemble everything and return it, or can customer service resolve the issue?" I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. They gave me their full attention and apologized for what had happened. They also apologized for what had happened and asked me if I would be okay with waiting around 30 days for the correct part from China to arrive. They even offered me a nominal fee for the inconvenience. I must admit that at first I didn't believe they would send the part. I didn't accept the symbolic fee for the inconvenience. I just wanted the part to finish the dresser. To my surprise, they sent me an email within 2 weeks with the tracking number for the part that was sent. In a few days, it arrived at my home. I was able to finish the dresser and everything was perfect. I am very pleased with the dresser, and even more so with the customer service experience, it was excellent, I really appreciate it, thanks again

Took roughly 2 hours to put together, I was missing a piece (21) but I had an extra piece (17) that worked in its place. I was expecting the drawers to hold a little more but overall satisfied. Instructions say you only need a screwdriver but I highly recommend a drill. Had problems with fed ex delivery but I know that’s not the sellers fault.

Highly don’t recommend this product is trash and will fall apart. The boards crack really easy and some boards came chipped or dented and the customer service from the company is terrible high don’t recommend it’s a pain in the A** to get a hold of the manufacturers your better off getting another dresser

This isn’t the worst thing you could buy off Amazon but I am sure you could find better at this price point. This dresser is NOT great quality, the wood is soft and it doesn’t feel super secure when put together. It also took so long to assemble that I truthfully needed to do it over a few days - the frame of the dresser took incredibly long. The drawers are easy but it’s of course the same process x10. The instructions could be a little clearer on where each piece should go, too. A lot of intuition is needed to put the final product together. I’d definitely skip this one. I’m only keeping it because I spent so long to assemble it lol.
