This case absolutely protects your phone all over. I ordered the purple and it matches my iphone 14 pro perfectly. It is a bit more bulky and slightly heavier than I was hoping for and I found it so snug that my older hands could not remove the case to try a different case. Contacted customer support who sent suggestions and photos. Very friendly. Quick response. They offered to refund my cost w/o sending my case back. I finally decided to keep and use the case b/c it is so protective. One side note, a younger, stronger friend was able to remove the case with a little effort, so don’t want to discourage others to try it out. As I said, I am older with not strong hands. It’s a great case for excellent protection, especially if you’re prone to drop it. ... show more

Update: cover is still attached after several weeks so am upgrading to 4 stars since I am pleased with product. Be aware they will keep emailing you to upgrade their star rating. UPDATE: The company saw my review and contacted me and sent me 4 new lense covers. I put one and it stayed on the phone. They said the adhesive may have gotten to hot in the delivery trucks. So far the new cover is staying on. I was just unable to contact them. They really need to update their phone number on Amazon so they can be contacted directly. But so far am pleased with new cover. I liked the idea of this case for total coverage to protect my iphone. The cover for the camera lense won’t attach. It falls right off. Called the number for this company it says to call for assistance on Amazon and got a Toyota dealership. So I tried the other option it said to go to their website. Had to sign up for an account to contact them there and it kept telling me my info was invalid. So this company has nonexistent customer support. Beware. They could have easily designed the lense cover to sit under a lip that holds it on the phone. What a crappy design with No customer service ... show more

This case completely protects your phone and it will look brand new when you trade it in for the next one. I actually got a huge trade in for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, 4 months ago, because the phone looked brand new, and I did drop my phone on occasion.

The case itself is good but the screen protector doesn’t lay flat on the screen so it makes it look like my screen is warped. Dusts gets inside the cover and stays underneath it. I’d have to take the case apart to clean it. Not really what I was looking for in a case. The reply to help resolve the issue was fast though so that’s why I’m giving a 4star ... show more

Easy to pop open and apply to the phone. I really love that the screen for the front and the camera come with it. Makes it more a whole instead of having to buy all separate pieces. The case is very during not like a very cheap type and break easy.

I had this case on for the first month that I had my 14 pro max but I had to change it as it made the phone too bulky to work with the DJI OSMO Mobile 6. But apart from the bulk it's a good case; seems durable especially with the added screen protection.
