Features

  • Cermet II (Ceramic and Metallic) teeth deliver a more efficient and productive metal cutting solution through high heat tolerance and increased hardness for superior wear, fewer blade changes and up to 25X longer life versus standard grinding discs
  • Up to 50X cooler cuts with a circular saw blade when compared to a grinding disc that increases temperature of steel by up to 500 degrees. Grinding discs increase the temperature enough to permanently discolor the steel.
  • Up to 10X faster cuts with a circular saw blade for maximum productivity and efficiency, resulting in up to 60 seconds faster cuts in both metals and stainless steels versus standard grinding discs
  • Triple Chip Cutting action reduces sparks and the possibility of needing hot permits
  • Advanced Laser Cut Stabilizer Vents trap noise and vibration for maximum stability, keeping the blade cool for straight, accurate cuts

  • Wow smooth cut on stainless steel panels. Wear eye protection chips will hit you.
First you got to know how to use your saw. You always want to set your depth so the blade is only cutting ⅛ to ¼ into the sacrificial board you're cutting the steel plate on. Reducing rough edges

  • Cuts 1/8 in steel like nothing
Super loud and wear eye protection for sure, crazy how you can turn just about any circular saw into a metal cutting saw with this.

  • Asombrado...
... show more

  • Cut through 3/4” rebar
Was impress I could make about 20 good cuts through 5/8 and 3/4 inch rebar rods. It did cut slower after 10 cuts but still did the job

  • Doesn't last as long as I would have hoped.
Cutting aluminum and stainless steel sheet with a circular saw may seem crazy but it works great. I have had the aluminum specific blade for a couple years and it is awesome for ripping aluminum sheet for boat projects. The Stainless Steel blade works "good" but not great. I noticed a big negative change in cutting performance over a relatively short period of time (only a few cuts) which means that cutting stainless material with a circular saw is going to get fairly expensive using this method. It still beats using a band saw as the cut can be made VERY straight on large pieces of material. It's a "good" blade but I don't think it's great for the $$ paid. ... show more

  • Sends the shrapnel flying
Used on a skill direct drive circ saw. Have only cut 1/16th steel so far but was way faster than a grinder and left no burrs. Man it throws metal though. Gloves, eye pro and long sleeves are a must.

  • I have only used it once
The blade cut through the metal legs easily and cuts relatively cleanly. It also cuts wood with a much finer cut than 40-tooth blades. I needed this for one project, so cannot speak to longevity or durability yet. It seemed to have weathered the cutting of the four steel legs well though.
