These are the perfect wax melt molds! I noticed that a lot of reviews mentioned them being hard to open, but honestly that sounded like a plus for me since the last ones I ordered from a different seller wouldn't stay closed at all! However, I'm pleased to say that these give me neither problem! They stay closed and open just as easily. Now, I only got these for personal use. If I find a scent I like in a candle, I prefer to turn it into wax melts instead (Bath & Bodyworks example pictured). I don't know if people running a small business heat their wax at a higher temperature before pouring, so I can't speak super well to how well the plastic holds up in that regard. That being said, I didn't experience any warping, and because of the ease of closing/opening them, I would still highly recommend these, especially since they're so much cheaper than a lot of other sellers out there!

I received my first 100 pack of wax melt clamshells for Christmas, and I just finished using the entire pack. I am very pleased with the durability of these clamshells, as I did not come across a single one that was defective in an way. They are made with a thick, durable plastic, which makes them very sturdy when opening and closing. They are at times hard to pull apart, but when this happens, I find that gentle pulling eases the separation. I am currently on my second pack of 100, and so far they all seem easier to pull apart. I am very pleased with these clamshells and hope they continue to be sold on Amazon. The 100 pack was not available for a while, so I was almost forced to settle with another company. I am so glad I waited! The clamshells come neatly stacked in a sealed plastic bag that is then packaged in a box to avoid damage. If you want durable wax melt clamshells at a great price, I recommend buying these without hesitation. They have the best reviews overall, and my experience with them has been great!

I LOVE THESE SO MUCH! They are a little hard to open but I like it because that means that they wont open by being dropped or during transit. I’m just starting a business and these are the best purchase I’ve made . The price isn’t bad at all either for the quality!!! They are sturdy, durable, reliable and beautiful. Not a small size either, which I love because you can make a reqlly good profit. approx $0.98 - $1 per shell is a rlly good price for just starting out. I LOVE THESE !! Next time I’ll definitely buy 100 instead of 50.

This is my 2nd time purchasing these specific clamshell containers & they really are the best quality I've found on Amazon! I learned my lesson when I ordered a different kind on here recently & they were horrible quality in comparison. These are sturdy & thick, easy to close.. also easy to separate from each other when taking them out of packaging to use. I will never stay from this brand again! You get what you pay for & these are absolutely worth the price!!

These are very good clamshells they are not flimsy, easy open and close. However it took me about 35 minutes to pull them apart , which was a nightmare and I ended up damaging a few of them, but once I got them apart they worked great for my waxmelts.

I personally really like these they are alot larger than expected but haven't had any issue with them melting. If you are having an issue with them melting you are pouring at way too high of a temp. The plastic is nice and thick, easy to use. The only issue I've had is after receiving them getting them pulled apart to use.

I ordered these to make homemade wax tarts. Poured hot soy wax directly into the clamshells. No melting at all!!! The wax popped out perfectly. The quality on these are pretty good, you can tell that the plastic is a little thicker and not the flimsy plastic that bends with every whim. The lid to the clam shells are attached so you do not loose them. When you close the lid the lid stays put and does not pop open at all. This is a great way to save money by making your own melts. Love this product and will buy more as needed.
