I bought this one size up because all the heated stuff I have bought in my experience runs small however, this is true to size. I found the sleeves a little long, and the thumb holes in the sleeves are worthless to me (I wear gloves anyway) heats up quickly. On high it gets a bit too hot for the cold we have had, but it kept me warm on low in 29 degrees farenheit . Good battery life on lower temperatures.
