I bought this more than a year ago as an alternative to a horribly-designed and incredibly poor-quality jacket from another company on here (whose name I won't mention, but starts with a V and ends with an S). I did a bit of research on something better, and went with this, and chose the small size (American Medium). I'm 5'8", at 124 lbs. Honestly, I'm really floored. Every time I put this jacket on, I feel so well-dressed. It CONSTANTLY nets me compliments, and people ask about it all the time, whether I'm out and about, or at work. It fits my frame excellently, and there's one MAJOR pro I love about this jacket - the sleeves are LONG. My arms are about two inches longer than the average person's, and it makes finding long-sleeved clothing that goes down past my wrists an absolute nightmare. The shell of the jacket fits well, and is a bit form-fitting (I would like to go with an XS but fear the sleeves would be shorter, so I don't know if I'll be going that route any time soon). I am aware some other people on here have mentioned that if you don't buy a snug-fitting size, then the heating elements won't make adequate contact with your body, but I haven't had that experience. Regarding the build quality of the jacket, it's fantastic. It's got a really clean and minimal look, a decent water-repellent outer covering, and the ability to roll the hood up + a high collar makes it great for windy days. The zip-up pockets are awesome on the front. I keep so much stuff in there, keys, receipts, extra battery, etc. They also designed the power cable for the battery pack solid and it doesn't have any signs of fraying or cracked plastic/grommets. Just be careful when you put it in the pocket after plugging it in, so you don't pinch or bend the cable. The little LED indication on the power button once you plug it in is nice, so you know if there's a short going from the battery to the coat. The stitching on the zippers, sleeves, and internal fleece are all fantastic and very well done. No signs of fraying. The battery lasts a LONG time on the low/medium settings. I can make it through an entire day at work with my jacket on low, easily. You still get plenty of battery life on high, but I personally recommend buying a second battery from them. You'll be warm as long as you need, and having a backup on charge is practically necessary for really harsh winters. So those are the pros. What of the cons? Not many, actually. Here's my issues: 1. On the wearer's right side, the bottom of the fabric web that attaches the zipper to the jacket is slightly splitting apart. It's making it a little finagle-y to zip up sometimes, but poses no issue to wearability or function. 2. I do wish the body was a bit more snug while keeping the sleeves long (but considering the jank build quality of some of the other jackets I've seen on here, I'll take this one every day regardless). 3. The hood. The hood is way too short in the front when it's open and in use. When I'm going anywhere, I have to duck my head into the coat and pull the hood down over the front of my head, and even then, there's a lot to be desired. I don't have a head mounted on a ladder, nor a giraffe neck, but it's still a bit annoying having to carry groceries or something while pinning my hood down with a (possibly) free hand. Aside from those few cons, I'm stunned. For as much as I've seen of garbage-quality products and jackets from company after company, DEWBU hit it out of the park with this. I have recommended it to so many people (but if they'll buy it is another matter entirely). There's nowhere you can go wrong if you get a fit that works for you. The price, the fit, the quality, the well-thought out heating element placement, and battery life? It makes for one of the easiest no-brainer winter weather buys you can get. ... show more

This jacket is way higher quality than the ones I have found locally for over $400. The color is so pretty hot pink, awesome hood, love the different levels of heat, much hotter than my heated jacket I bought last year only issue is it doesn't have hand pockets...which is bizarre. Fits true to size.

I love the color the fit and the 3 heating levels. I don't like that I feel like my left side is heating a lot more than the right to the point of burning even in the lowest level. Maybe mine is deffective so I'll try to return and exchange for another one. Second con is that the battery pack is to bulky they should consider making a thiner one so it does not bulk the area where is at. ... show more

I purchased this for my mother so she could stay warm on her ebike rides. She loves it. It’s not a thick jacket. It’s basically a Shell jacket with heat! She loves the color. It fits perfectly. People can see her on the road. It’s super bright. The battery lasts for a really long time. Just takes a long time to fully charge. No big deal. I bet you can get extra batteries and be set. Made from high quality materials. It’s a nice jacket, you get a lot for what you pay for. It heats up for sure. It won’t burn the skin. It stays nice and toasty. doesn't meet expectations !!! Doesn't heat up quickly and yes, you have to wear a sweater underneath this jacket' for a person that don't like the cold, is a must. Would have been more convenient also if it can offer to buy an extra battery for this jacket, cause the battery doesn't last long. The media could not be loaded. I will definitely buy from these people again. The warming is from lil thin wires throughout the jacket. U can tell where the wires run through because u can feel where the point of heat in coming from but it does really really well with keeping me warm. When i purchased this i charged the battery completely to 100% at exactly 5:17am and the charge has went down to 89% at 7:04am. If that gives u an idea on the life of it. I am really impressed with the quality of the jacket too. There are adjustable strings everywhere it seems haha in the hat that leads into the pocket so its not sticking out and at the bottom of the jacket too and lots of different velcro spots as well including the back of the hat. I love the feeling of wearing the jacket as well. Its not as heavey as i expected it to be. Its honestly one of the nicest jackets I've ever had excluding the heatup portion. It feels really good while wearing. It does feel waterproof. Even tho there are many adjustable straps to size down there is no give or adjustments to size up so absolutely no stretch so make sure u get ur exact size.😉 i will recommend this jacket all day long as someone who works majority outside for 12hrs a day, this jacket is an absolute game changer.
