    • Highly Recommended, Not Too Heavy
I've used this to clean up a couple acres of land littered with dead trees and fallen branches. I've been hard on it and it has performed perfectly. The battery lasts long enough for a day of work for me. I usually get tired before it does. The weight is not a reason to avoid it, speaking as an adult male who is not particularly strong, and it even be helpful to help maintain pressure on the cut. As far as blades, a 12-inch blade is great for pruning trees, but I've bent a number of them and I've now moved to a 9-inch blade as my default to reduce bends and will swap to a 12 when necessary; YMMV here if you have better technique. Big fan of this saw and I use it for so much. Highiy recommended. ... show more

    • Heavy duty
Most important thing to know is this unit is heavy. Heavy in terms of weight and also heavy duty. I bought it for those reasons. It’s own weight carries it through most materials. You really don’t need to push on it much. It isn’t great for small projects because of how heavy it is, which prompted me to buy the dewalt one-handed small 20v reciprocating saw as well. Very happy with how well all of my dewalt tools have held up, and this beast is no exception. Now if only dewalt would PLEASE release the 60v hedge trimmer I’d be all set!!! (Seriously what is the delay with that???) ... show more

    • Has more power than a corded saw
Works like a charm the only downfall is the battery doesn’t last long enough on the saws alll.

    • Extra Heavy but great quality
It's about 5 times heavier and bigger than my olde 18 volt Dewalt Sawzall. I got the best brushless model available. Didn't realize how massive it is.

    • Dewalt XR tools are amazing ! Game Changer.
Very nice saw durable and tons more power than my other 20v sawzall. Battery life is unbeatable. Real deal, reminds me of old corded units without the cord. Amazing how good these batteries are that dewalt is making. Much better than the Milwaukie brand saws I have used. Dewalt XR tools are the best cordless tools I have ever used. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Powerful and long lasting
9 AH. Better than the 6AH sold at True Value for more money. This is an update. Its beastly and the battery really holds a charge. If you are looking for a sawzall you wont be able to beat this one.
