Works as described in use with 20 volt lithium batteries. Superior to older models. Wish it had a switch to turn off full charge mode so that batteries could be charged for long term storage. The two mode charging is a nice feature though.

I ended up received the right product but NOT in English. I thought I would get English version on that product. It did not come with the original package. I hope if the value for money, longevity and battery life would be good as it lasts. I was disappointed it was not in English language seen on the product.     • Great Charger But No Dewalt Warranty
So far works great. Just verified with Dewalt that they only have a handful of authorized sellers on Amazon. If you buy one, consider it with no warranty. Tested both that I purchased with 6, 5, 2 & 1.5 cell. Both compleated at same time and did not get hot, barely warm. Then tested against the larget 8amp 20v super fast charger. Side by side, both 2ah brand new in factory package, completed at exactly 25min. Not much difference between both except the other 8am Dewalt is for 20v only and the higher charge rate is not significant. Honestly, this charger is smaller, easier to pack or store and performed perfectly. The 2 stage charge indicators work 100%. First light blinks while charging until 80%, then 2nd smaller light blinks that slows down the charge rate to protect the cells. Great buy if you get with an as is attitude. ... show more
