No complaints so far. Does a good job. I mostly use for server rack screws, and some internal components here and there. The low torque settings is nice to ensure you aren't wrenching down those tiny little breakable screws inside computer cases, etc.

This takes some getting use to. The forward / reverse ring is cumbersome. The torque ring is on the tail end of the rig, also not a good place. Balance is good and because its beefy you can use it like a normal screw driver to break tight ones loose or give the final twist for tightening. Price is good. It's easier to use horizontally. I probably would not be another one but I think it will be fine ... show more

This is a little more versatile and powerful than I had anticipated. This is ideally suited towards light duty applications for installing/removing fasteners and hobby drilling. It is fairly compact and certainly takes up less space than a drill. I like that the battery is built-in and charges with an ordinary USB-C power supply (no extra battery platform to own). I also like that the hex chuck receives the bits simply by clicking into the chuck. You only need to pull up the collar on the chuck to release the bit (not to install it). There are 4 points of LED light around the chuck to provide light on the fastener from all angles. The driver is activated by pushing the black collar towards the bit. This action is nice because it applies pressure towards the fastener automatically in that motion. Reverse is simply a twist of the collar, or lock the collar in the middle for traditional manual driving. The collar and body of the driver have rubber over-moldings, which help add grip. There is a dial on the base to adjust the torque infinitely between settings 1 & 6, however, there is no chart provided to indicate the actual torque output. I think this driver would be much more valuable with that accompaniment. My kit was missing a bit (not sure why). I do like that this could be used with hex shank drill bits too! The driver is only one speed though, which is modest at best, but generally okay for machine screws and that sort of thing. The speed is similar to the low gear on many modern drill/drivers. Power-wise, this was fairly impressive, although Dewalt indicates it is not powerful enough to install drywall screws into wood, I found it to be just powerful enough for that task (softwood). Though, admittedly, it's far less than ideal for that. I found that this is easiest for me to use holding the tool in a stabbing grip. Hobbyists, folks with small hands, or folks who are uncomfortable using a traditional drill/driver will benefit most from this tool. Overall, it's an impressive little drill driver. I think it's best for very light duty applications around the house or for light hobby work. Torque control is arbitrary but adjustable. ... show more
