We use this in a Fleet Shop. In constant use. Gets beat up and keeps going. Only after 3 years of constant use did the trigger go. Sent it to Dewalt repair shop, cost a little money, but worth it. Got it back in near new shape.

This thing is a monster. Had to try it on semi lugnut 33mm. Had my doubts. But it zipped it right off. Caging brake chamber busted my long 3/4 socket. Serious power for battery .... Better then I had hoped. This broke loose several bolts that I could not even start to turn. I soaked them for days with WD-40, tried breaker bar, cheater pipe, a hammer, nothing worked. The impact was delivered on my porch, opened the box put a socket on it and it turned the bolts with out effort. It is a very heavy tool which it needs to be. Overall I am Very pleased. ... show more
