I only used this battery once and it would no longer charge above 1 green bar. So it had the effective life of a 2.5Ah battery instead of the 8Ah. These batteries are insanely expensive. I reached out to DeWalt customer service from the link in their store. I explained my problem and I got an immediate email response from their automated system and then moments later a response from a person asking for details about the product and purchase. I bought this battery in May 2022. I noticed it not charging fully in February 2024. I sent them the requested information and they responded asking for an address to send a replacement!!! DeWalt clearly stands behind their products and has exceptional customer service. What would have been a 1 Star review is now a 5 star because the company did the right thing and stood behind their product. ... show more
