I am SO disappointed. I bought this as a gift for my husband and it arrived today, just in time to do the project he had to do before tomorrow. He opened the box and there was NO BATTERY. Everything else was there, brand new. There is no way to get JUST a battery sent without returning the entire thing, which we didn’t have time to do. We had to go to Lowes and drop another $119 for a battery, and now we’ve used the tool and can’t return. There should be another option besides return if parts are missing 😡. I don't know what some users are complaining about, it charges in about a half hour.4 position blade change is easy to drop blades in or out with no tools.I cut tree limbs,branches with one hand.It's a definite winner.If you have a lot to cut and can't wait a half an hour for recharge then add a 5amp battery.This has more power than my corded jig saw so I have no complaints. ... show more

If I had to do this the old way with clippers or a hand saw it would have taken me hours. This did the trick in about 1/3 of the time.
