The dividers move easily, screws can get wedged under, and you have to fuss with them to get it to close. May need to glue them down.

Searched for a long time for a heat-shrink storage container. This was the best fit. The compartments were not the right size, so I plastic welded two of the yellow dividers to create 6 inch compartments. Works great.
