Love, Love, Love! I ordered this pan to prepare gluten free Detroit Style pizzas in. It is perfect for nice, fluffy pizzas - I use the Caputo Gluten-Free Pizza Flour and the pizzas come out great each time. It is easy to clean and not too heavy. Super sturdy and not flimsy material. My wife and I eat home-made pizza about once a week. During summer or otherwise warm weather I bake my pizzas in an Ooni pizza oven, and they come out authentic and delicious. But I only recently stumbled across the "Detroit-style pan pizza", which led me to this product, mostly thinking of the cooler months to begin in the fall. I've used it several times already and love it. After oiling the bottom and sides and sprinkling on a little cornmeal, I turn a round mass of pre-hydrated (overnight in refrigerator, then 2-3 hours at room temperature to warm) pizza dough (always using bread flour) into the pan for about 30 minutes, to let the dough rises a little. Everything else follows, as for Detroit pan pizza instructions, as the oven is pre-heating to 450F. Then 18 minutes before taking it out of the oven. An absolutely perfect pizza every time. As others have mentioned, it slides so easily onto a cutting board, where I typically cut the 10x14" pizza into either 8 or 12 pieces, and without needing to cut into the surface of the pizza pan. Clearly, it'll stay in top-notch condition for many years. This product was worth every cent.

I went to their page to see if they ordered any other pieces (like a halo) and couldn’t find one - so my only wish is that I WISH they had more alternatives to offer because you won’t beat the price - or the quality. I made my first Detroit Style Pizza in this aluminum pan today. I only greased it w/ olive oil but the pizza released perfectly. It's soaking in the sink right now so am glad I purchased aluminum over carbon steel. I hope it holds up over time but am glad I bought this specialty pizza cookware. I followed Charlie Anderson's recipes which worked well for me.

I've never been to Detroit. I've had this style of pizza, but it's very rare to find where I live in Florida. I decided to try to make it myself, so I got a couple of these pans. I was able to successfully make my own Detroit style pizzas with these pans. They are extremely non-stick. When the pizza is done you can literally rug pull the pan out from under the pizza and it hasn't stuck in a single spot. The dark color of the pan is key to making a golden crust. I've also used these pans to bake can cinnamon rolls and they come out great, too. These pans are very light for their size and very easy to clean. Because it's so non-stick I could probably wipe it down with a wet paper towel and it'd be clean. It does the job and more.
