This seems like a quality mount. There is a lot of pieces to put together, but the instructions and packaging is excellent. I was able to fit my Thrustmaster TCA Airbus controller on it. Why not 5 stars? Because too many pieces to put together.

    • Solid mount, better if bolted down

This is a solid mount for joystick/throttle-stick mounting. I initially had it mounted using the included screw-type clamp. But it does slip out of position every few days. So I ended up ditching the clamp and decided to drill some holes and bolt the mount on my computer desk. After about 4 weeks, my computer desk broke and snapped because the mount base took the wood with it. So I ended up getting a new desk, this time, no MDF nor plywood. It's a solid wood desk. I to mount this bracket, I drilled through-holes and use a bolt and nut type of fasteners and it's been about 2 months now, works well, never moved a lick ever since the upgraded installation. It's funny how I would go through this much heft to get this bracketry to work. But I'm an avid flight sim fan and I really want the experience to be as good as possible. So utilize a mount like this eliminates the headache with poorly mounted brackets. And I hate using the thrust-stick without it being fastened. When I first started out with these games, I clutched the base of the thrust-stick between my thighs. Mounting it properly to a bracket is the way to go, guys. If you are looking for good gaming experience, definitely get a mount/bracket like this. The mount is solid and it's made of solid thick gage steel; so there's some weight to it. Clamping it down will only last a few days if you're dog-fighting the games. Anyways, I highly recommend this mount. It's good. ... show more

Unit holds on to desk firmly and is very rigid for my flight stick. My only issue was one of the threaded holes was misaligned by about 1mm I had to adjust the top plate hole size to get it assembled but after that it has been a joy still well worth the money
