This is not a bad set. I got it to supplement another set I have. The alphabet beads aren't very useful as most letters do not have multiples of them, so you're really limited in what you can spell with them, but like the clay beads, I will use them to supplement the ones I already have. Some of the charms are nice, like the leaf & the heart, and some of them are very cheap-looking like the stars & cherubs. The gold beads are all pretty cheezy-looking. You get a lot of stretchy string (2 full spools) & the tweezers are decent quality. The scissors may as well be thrown in the trash. Overall, this would be great for kids & not bad for adults like me. A good set for stocking up on basic colors.

I love a good craft set, but even better when they come organized. It came as described, has plenty of pieces to customize your own bracelets. The box itself is sturdy , I’ve had issues with the plastic being flimsy, but not in this case.

This is a great starter kit for anybody who's learning or wants to learn how to make friendship bracelets. Granted, the alphabet beads don't have a whole lot of letters, but there are enough to do a few words here and there. I especially love the charms because it comes with three of each. That gives me enough to make nice bracelet and earring sets*. My only complaint are the flimsy scissors, but they should be fine for kids. *Note that this does not come with earring supplies. I mixed a couple of kits to do what I needed to do.

The quality of the beads were decent and value of money and quantity of beads makes it definitely worth it, the issue I was having was trying to get the string to stay put and not come apart. There really wasn't anything to say on how I could make the string not come apart so easily. But it's nice to get your kids to participate and pick the colors and shapes to make their bracelet.

I'm taking my daughter to a Halloween event in a few weeks, and she wanted to make bracelets with the names of horror movies to hand out to people that she meets in line for the mazes. Yes, you read that right- horror nerds are borrowing a trend from the Swifties! I ordered this kit because it looked like it had a good mix of colored beads and letter beads, as well as other essentials, like elastic cord, scissors, tweezers, and little charms. It all comes in a handy (and honestly, essential) storagre organizer that separates the beads by color and type. The selection of colored beads is great, and I like the way the beads look once they're all strung together into a bracelet. The cord is strong, so I'm not too worried about our creations accidentally breaking and scattering beads all over the floor. The only thing I was kind of bummed about was the small number of letter beads that are included. You get a random assortment of letters, and you won't necessarily get at least one of each letter. For instance, our kit had a bunch of Qs, but not a single S. It's still a great kit, and you can make some cool bracelets with just the colored beads and charms, but if you've got your heart set on spelling stuff out, you might want to supplement with a set of letter beads. The price is right for all of the stuff that it comes with.
