I decided to try this product based on the recomendations here and boy am I glad I did ,!! It is amazing . I had stiffness in my back and also in my fingers . I like to knit and I was having increased difficulty knitting for long periods . I also intermittent hip pain . I have noticed a major improvement in my flexibility in my back and my fingers are less stiff . Not perfect but much improved , . My hip is much less cranky . I am enjoying knitting and golf again . I use and love DFH products, especially ArthroSoothe. It was recommended by my holistic nutritionist a few years ago for my osteoarthritis. My hands used to hurt almost all day, every day, especially in the winter. Now, I experience pain when trying to open a jar or grab something tight. Good news is the day-to-day pain is almost gone.

I originally purchased the product for myself as I have suffered with osetoarthritis for years. While I required a hip replacement (doing great with the new wheel), I questioned if the formula would be safe for my pit bull who had both of her knees repaired when she was a young adult and now, years later was having difficulty getting around. I took this product to my vet to review the ingredients for canine safety. After his approval I started Shelby on three capsules with her dinner and three for her brother, my 104lb. German Shepherd mix to help protect his joints. Now Shelby is like her younger, happier and more active self. The maintenance dose (again per my vet) is one cap per day with her evening meal. I am so grateful for this product. If your dog is losing joint flexibility issues, then you may want to discuss this formula with your vet. It's effectiveness for humans...my physician said that one needs to take more than the label indicates and be patient since it doesn't work fast, we'll see.

I tried this product for one month, and it made a significant difference in removing the pain from my inner left knee. I am sure that this product made an improvement. I am continuing to use it a second month. It is a bit more expensive than I expected it to be, but it has worked for me. The pain in my knee was noticable 8 months earlier on a regular basis until I started taking this supplement.

Outstanding product. Recommended by acupuncturist in place of everyday injectibles by rheumatologist. This product taken religously in combination with Wobenzym cleared my blood tests of too high levels of C-reactive protein. Without this I get crystal formations around my wrists that wake me up at night with numbness and my wist swollen and inside of my hand red and hot and my fingers stiff, I tried to give it up since I was using Cocurcumin for bursitis. This stuff really works for me. I've just started having arthritis symptoms during the past year. The only problem is it seems I will have to take them forever, because when I don't take them for a day or two, the pain and stiffness come back as before. I feel Designs for Health products are good and safe, maybe a bit pricey, but if it works I guess it's worth it. I started with Arthoben, but that was really expensive so I wanted to try something else, these are totally different ingredients, but I thought I'd try it. I am happy with the results.
