This is a very inspiring book! I liked the mind-muscle connection and the importance placed on muscle mass and resistance training. A really great guide in power boosting yourself to exercise and assuring one that it's never too late to start. Jimmy Lockett offers not exercise for looking fit and strong, it actually offers exercise and other methods to actually become fit and strong and increase functionality and mobility of your body according to your age. I really liked the Tai Chi and mobility snacks as well as how important it is to actually balance your diet together with your exercise and being consistent with it.
