I am reluctant to take supplements but for me Osteo Bi-Flex has been a miracle drug. I had pain and weakness in my hip and leg. I could not walk far without sitting and resting. A friend recommended Osteo Bi-Flex. I began taking one pill in the morning and one at night. By day two I was already feeling some relief. By the end of thirty days I was totally free of pain. I continue to take it morning and night although I no longer experience any pain or weakness. Be aware that Osteo Bi-Flex comes in several varieties -- I take the variety labeled "MSM Formula." Walmart seems to have the best prices, but prices can vary widely even on the Walmart website. A smart shopper will search the website for the best "per pill" price. ... show more

My rheumatologist recommended this brand and so I started with it. It seems to help, but I can’t get past the pill size. I have swallowing difficulty to begin with, and struggle getting these down and they get stuck. I tried cutting in half but still had trouble swallowing. I dread taking them. I am looking for other brands because of this issue only. The Osteo biflex EASE are different ingredients, so not an option for me. ... show more
