    • I wanted to love this case, but just can't

I spent hours looking for a case that had a belt clip and a holder for the S Pen. I was so excited when I found this case. When you first put it on, it looks and feels amazing. Exactly what I was looking for. Within days the S Pen holder plastic tabs started cracking and pieces falling off. Within a week it would no longer hold the pen securely. Within two weeks the thin piece on the hinge side snapped just from normal handling. I thought maybe this was just a faulty piece so I returned it for another one. Long story short, I needed this case so bad that I gave it 4 tries, and all 4 did the exact same thing. If the build quality was at least as strong as some of the other generic cases on the market, this would be 10 stars for sure. ... show more

    • Phone constantly falls out of holster!!!

This case is horrible about letting my phone fall out of the holster constantly!!! The top cover flies off and my s-pen goes flying as well! My phone has fallen out on concrete several times and sent the cover and pen flying everywhere. I just found out the only way to reduce this is to rotate the holster sideways 90 degrees to the clip so the phone opening faces up and must be pulled up to release it. If it is turned lengthways in the same direction as the clip, it will fall out from the front, even if the phone is fully inserted properly catching the top and bottom lips of the holster. (Which can be easy to miss.) Very disappointed with the case, but it's all I have for now. Fortunately my phone has not been broken but it has a couple of tiny knicks on the hinge and a slight scratch on the face. I do not recommend this case, unfortunately. The plastic that holds the pen has lost a little chunk out of it but still works. The top half of the case comes off way too easy. Please beware. The horrible feeling you get when you hear your phone crashing to the ground is bad enough! I hate to leave bad reviews but I must be honest. Thanks ... show more

Came in on-time, fits the samsung gallery z fold 3 like a glove. It's not a cheap product by any means and the belt clip is a sturdy material. The inside of the belt clip case is velvet and keeps a good grip on the phone/case. As far as the phone case goes, it's definitely strong enough to protect this phone and screen. It fits well, and difficult to remove (which is great). Must have case and belt clip. If you live a very active life and souly rely on safety/security for your phone, i highly recommend product! ... show more

Love this case, but not made well. Cheap material and poor s-pen holder design. I have never dropped this case, or abused it. The s-pen holder had a chunk chip out just from taking the pen in and out. I tried to glue the piece back on, and a larger chunk broke off around the 1st piece. The pen holder was not well designed or constructed. Then, the next day the front case broke at the bottom corner. Only had this on my phone for about a month. Wish they would have made it out of a more durable, pliable material, and maybe put a more thought out pen holder design on it, possibly on the outer shell face cover would have been better ... show more
