I really like the way this works. I use hormone replacement and started to get facial hair. This works great. The only down side is you have to buy the replacement heads. They are expensive and only come with the lotion. I cannot use the lotion because I have sensitive skin and it burns my face. I also wish you could buy more than 4 or 8 heads at a time.

I delayed giving my honest review. I was quite disappointed with this device. I used this device probably 5 times are so and It stopped working. Unsure if the charging cord malfunction or the tool it self. I had it plugged in and charged for 30mins. Thinking that would be enough for a full battery charge. After the 30mins charge I go to use it nothing happened. I took extra care of this device making sure it was stored properly in a dry place.. I used this device gently never aggressive with it. This derma planning device is quite expensive for parts to fail. I am giving it two thumbs down for the lack of longevity uses. The device does what it says it does so that’s a plus. It was great at removing little fuzzy facial hair on my cheeks but other then that it is a really expensive electric face shaver . Save your money and purchase the manual derma planing face razor from Walmart or target. You will save a tone of money. Also, the replacement cartridges for this device are expensive too! Overall this was a poor decision purchase on my part. Would not recommend putting this in your cart or save for later to look at, just skip it. Look elsewhere for cheaper and better options.

After seeing some questionable reviews I almost did not order this derma planer. So glad I did. It has kept a good charge and has done an excellent job without scratches or burning! Blades are expensive but it works great!

This definitely won't give you professional-looking results, and it is insane that each cartridge is one-time use (making them very expensive and very wasteful -- although I really don't know a good way around this, for hygiene purposes). But if you have a hectic schedule and want the convenience of giving yourself a touch-up from home, it's a good enough product. It's easy to use, takes up minimal cabinet space, and seems to be well-made.

I was skeptical about spending so much money on this product. I was pleasantly surprised. My face felt super smooth after the first use. I gave 4 stars because I still had the mustache shadow over my lip. That was disappointing.

I absolutely LOVED this product for the first five months. My skin was smooth, bright, and hairless. It's very easy to use. I was OK with the price because of how well it worked, up until it stopped working. The power light turns on, but after 5 months, it no longer works. I've changed blades, charged, waited a few days, but it still doesn't work.
