There are so many power towers out there. I read all the reviews, some helpful, some not. This one had one review, but that isnt what caught my attention. I decided on this one because of the product weight and weight capacity. The other towers weighed 30 to 40 pounds. This one is 77 pounds. More weigh=More Stability. Im 5'9" 210lbs I received it today. Box a little dinged, but no biggie. All the parts were there, nuts bolts washers etc... Instruction are simple, but even if there were no instructions you could figure it out. Note: The main bars that attach to the base are not marked L or R. They are the only two parts that are L and R. Just ensure that the part the backrest attaches to are facing inward. When you bolt these pieces to the base, dont crank down one side to give you some play when attaching the backrest. When the backrest is tight, go back and tighten that one side you left loose. Depending on your ceilling height, I would side the upper curved bars into place before attaching to the base. You will see what I mean if you purchase this product. Took me 40 minutes and a beer. No flaws in the metal. Comes with locknuts, but I still used some blue loctite. Bolts are solid. Grips are a hard molded plastic. I recommend gloves. I use Harbinger fingerless with wrist wraps. (20 bucks last for years) It may seem a bit off, but it needs to settle with use. You may need to go back and retighten from time to time, but you would have to do that with the other PTs as well. Ok, I worked out on it. Pull-Ups Solid. No feeling of tipping over. Dip Station Solid, but maybe a bit wide for some people. Leg Lift Station Solid and Comfortable. Im at the first notch for the hand pegs and its a bit far out. Longer armed people will have no issues. Ok....Working out on this, or any Power Tower, is hard AF if you are not used to it. Dont be discouraged. One pull-up done right is better than 10 done wrong. I use this slow and steady. Its designed for muscle gain and strength. Do what you can do each time and you will see results. I am highly satisfied with this product and believe it will last for years. And the price wasnt a bank buster... I know this review was rather long, but I hope it helps... ... show more

    • Sturdy and Easily Assembled
Arrived on time and well packaged. Damage to the outside of the box had me worried but it did not translate to the contents. Unpacked everything and was surprised at the construction which was well done with a nice powder-coat finish. Instructions and bolts allowed my wife and I to put this together in 1/2 hour. Here's a tip: do NOT tighten everything but wait until you finish that particular piece (bottom base, vertical stabilizer and arm rests, etc.) since you may need to move these around a bit. Also invest in a ratchet set which will save you an hour in assembly. Once together this is a formidable workout system which easily held my 240 pounds. This is not a flimsy system and we were both happily satisfied. We expect years of dips, pull-ups, and leg raises from it. ... show more

Awesome product. It was very easy to assemble and my girlfriend loves it for working her abs, pull ups, push ups and dips. It is very sturdy and durable. The padding for the back and arms is great also.

The media could not be loaded. Good, very stable. I'm 6 feet, 160 lbs., and it is solid. Pullups stay secure, and dips and leg raises, as long as you don't swing back and forth. Good weight to it.
