If you want to power lift, this is not the product for you. BUT it is really good for the money for a good workout. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the bar is. It is a screw together bar that can hold a decent amount of weight. I can bench 200lbs with it. IMO worth the money.

I would recommend this barbell weather you are just starting or you are mature. IT has just the right amount of weight to get the job done. it doesn't take up a lot of space and it is pretty durable.

It works fine but the weights are odd amounts. I missed this in the description. So my fault. The bar comes in two pieces and screws together. Not ideal but it does the job.
