This is pretty in Dark Purple. Not super dark but the pigment is there. It’s shiny and lightweight. It isn’t long lasting but that is expected for a shiny lip product and I don’t mind reapplying. I am considering trying another color because the price is right for a pretty lipstick. The bullet it comes in is also very nice. Nicer than a lot of them. Looked pretty on another elder user but not on me. On product photos, it looks glossy - it did not on me, more like a tinted lip balm, more matte-ish. On another user, it looked light a nice bright pink, but on me it looked more purple, a dull, neon-purple-like. On putting it on, it did feel** moisturizing, but when I checked the mirror -- after the initial shock of the faded-neon-purple hue -- it seemed to somehow enhance all the little dryness/cracks in my lips. I don't have cracks-cracks, but it showed the lines? I don't know, this was just such a disappointment. I haven't written any reviews in a while, but I felt hoodwinked? All in all, I chose this over others, not because of the product photos, but because of that one other elder user. Clearly these things look really different on different people. I found the color of this lipstick close to the color on the Amazon page. I ordered a darker color because lighter lipstick shades give me the look of a mummy. The color I chose is 65 Love You. It is moisturizing and a good quality lipstick, but I don’t see any particular gloss or shine as mentioned on the description. That’s a little disappointing because I was looking forward to that.
