Ok so i tried several different ways to get it to set and is still comes off. It is very shiny and bold a truely amazing color! I tried using lip primer, with nothing at all on my lips, and using a setting powder and mist but it still comes off. I even waiter ten minutes not moving my lips at all and with a fan going on them trying to get it to set. The applicator does deposit a ton of product so scrape it off first before using. I really love the Maybelline Super Stay Vinyl Ink in 115 Peppy! It's super comfortable to wear and doesn't dry out my lips like most long-lasting lip products do. My lips actually feel soft and hydrated even after wearing it for hours. It also smells really nice, which is a plus. Minus one star because the shine does not last, and minus another star because it is very tacky; does not dry down all the way.
